This deck was in need of repair. The homeowners took the opportunity to add some cover for shade and add some iron railings for an upgraded look.

This 70s kitchen was completely gutted with a few structural changes.

Changes include: closing off the wall to the dining room to convert that room to an office, replacing the fluorescent light fixture with a skylight to let in natural light, replacing the closet pantry with a wall of built-in cabinets, extending the “L” of the lower cabinets out a foot to allow more space, removing the upper “L” of the cabinets to open up the room and removing the fur downs above the cabinets. Pecan cabinets, quartz countertops and a travertine backsplash with bronze and slate accents add the finishing touches.

This homeowner worked with a designer to update their home one room at a time starting in the kitchen. They have two children and a growing number of electronics that need to be charged so we extended their island and added shelves with a built-in charging station where all electronics can be tucked away out of sight.

We also painting the cabinets and added hardware, replaced the countertop with granite, added under-cabinet lighting and re-tiled the backsplash. New appliances also help update the look.

New countertops and backsplash make the whole kitchen look better!

Wow, what a difference in the before and after pictures and these homeowners made all their own design decisions! Their new stove is bigger than their old drop-in cooktop so to save them from having to buy all new cabinets, we modified the original ones, then painted them and made new doors. Adding glass cabinet doors, a tile backsplash with glass tiles, new appliances and new Silestone countertops polishes off the modern look.

This kitchen was part of a whole-house remodel in a house that Robert and Lana flipped a few years ago. Although the kitchen had been updated recently, the materials selected were not up-to-date. We gutted the kitchen and started over, including getting rid of the island that was too large for the space and replacing the awkward pantry cabinets with a whole wall of new cabinets.

The stain glass window was removed and a door added to open up the living room and the entire floor in the first story was uneven and had to be re-leveled before installing the wood flooring. This attic conversion was fairly involved as you can see from everything that was moved out of the way to make space for the new room. We re-routed HVAC ducts, re-routed and ran new electric lines and replaced the water heater with a tankless heater. We also installed new flooring and added a new window to match the existing one on that side of the house.

This customer wanted to make better use of the dead space in their attic so we re-routed some HVAC ducts and electrical outlets and added a closet.

This customer wanted a reception area built into her new office space so we removed half of the front wall and built in a customer counter with a granite countertop and a lower desk with a countertop that matched the existing cabinets. We also applied a frosted coating to the interior windows to create a more private area for her to meet with her clients.
